Top Must haves
- Proficient at Microsoft Work Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook and SharePoint specifically).
- Should have experience creating forms that feed into spreadsheets for data management and experience using “red line” features in Word, creating/revising PowerPoint presentations.
- Have a working knowledge of standard contract terms and language
- Proficient note taker, able to listen in to conversations and meetings and create overviews, alignment documents, follow-ups, etc from what was discussed.
- Highly organized and a self-starter. We are looking for someone to take the lead on organizing and systematizing our working teams digital hub. Guidance and feedback will be provided as needed but looking for someone that brings solutions to the table and work autonomously when needed.
- Professional experience coordinating and scheduling meetings for Client and external parties. (using Outlook and Zoom)
- Dot connector, active listener.
- Strong communicator (verbal and written)
- Experience with E-Docs (legal file storage system)
