JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Management Supervisor is a business team leader for web development activities on Toyota Motor North America accounts (primarily Lexus), with specific focus on excellence in delivery across all web and enterprise technology projects, and satisfaction among Lexus web development clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The senior point of contact and strategic partner a large Lexus.com initiative, all Lexus.mx work, and potentially other TMNA projects/clients. Also, a senior/primary point of contact for internal teams and ITx (TMNA’s IT division); this person will work closely with clients to identify and support project needs and business objectives
• Partner with Idea Production (producers) to lead cross-functional teams (technology, creative/UX, delivery, analytics, production, etc.) to achieve client’s goals on web development projects
• Partner with other Account teams to ensure strategic alignment & proper integration of marketing efforts across channels
• Responsible for excellence in delivery of projects, products, and services to Lexus clients
• Responsible for supporting strategic growth of the Lexus digital business
• Responsible for mentorship and training of digital Idea Management talent 
• Responsible for supporting annual scope planning, as well as ongoing fiscal solvency on in-scope and out-of-scope work

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing strategic client relationships
• Automotive category experience a plus, but not required
• Enterprise technology and/or web development experience preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to manage large and complex web projects
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus
• Ability to partner with technical, creative, and strategy experts to achieve results

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree is required (minimum).

LEADERSHIP ABILITIES:
• Ability to work autonomously and/or lead 1- to 2-junior-level account team members, including training, coaching and inspiring them toward successful outcomes. This person must be highly-organized, with a charismatic and adaptable communication style. Ability to lead clients as strategic advisor, fostering appetite for, and approval of, game-changing programs and ideas.
