We are seeking a Global Technology Business Analyst to partner with Finance as we modernize our business, deploy new financial solutions, and maintain existing systems. You will join a team of technology professionals to design, configure, implement, integrate, test, and troubleshoot Finance systems, including Oracle EBS: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and other Finance systems like Concur, Inspyrus, and Kyriba. You will strive to continuously ask, “What problem are you trying to solve?” and research all viable solutions. You will ask critical questions to identify and document business requirements, determine fit/gap and design options, document pros/cons related to options and provide a final recommendation. You may work independently on projects to deliver solutions and resolve production issues; other times, you will collaborate with technologists and business partners. You will lead smaller projects: track project progress, identify next steps and milestones, create UAT test plans and user documentation. You will assist management to report project/ticket progress as we provide full transparency to the business of our progress.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

You will create technical / functional specifications, offer design solutions, create test plans, perform system testing, coordinate UAT and assist with implementations related to all Finance systems: Oracle e-Business Suite, Concur, Kyriba, and others
Provide production support when needed, interfacing with the business and technology to resolve issues
Provide excellent customer service and support to our users worldwide as a front-line support specialist for Finance technology solutions
Dedicated to creating and establishing strong partnerships with Finance, your own teammates, and outside vendors to provide best-in-breed solutions
Hands-on to resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues
Open to new ways of working as we continue to modernize not only Finance, but also Technology
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of combined BSA experience with increasing levels of responsibility is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
A practical, proactive approach, as well as strong analytic and communication skills
Proven problem solving and technical communication skills for business processes, including conducting meetings and presentations
Desire to grow, adapt, learn, and partner with others
Expert functional knowledge of Oracle R12, its Finance modules, and other Financial software
Interest in supporting all global markets, learning their rules and regulations, and their ways of working
Prior participation in an Oracle EBS upgrade cycle a plus
Participation in small-scale or larger projects a plus
Experience working with JIRA in a Sprint process is a plus but not required
Experience with Agile way of working a plus is a plus but not required
Experience using Confluence to manage Business Requirements and create functional and/or technical documentation is a plus but not required

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
