- Experience requirements are 3+ years of Workday HCM system support.
- Workday HCM functional system administration and configuration
- Experience troubleshooting and enhancing Workday HR business processes, integrations, reporting, and data loads
- Understand business requirements, configure Workday solution, demonstrate concepts and processes to business owners, assist in test scenario development and execution
- This candidate will be working alongside our internal HR Product Services team supporting Workday Payroll for North America, Time Tracking, and Time Off HCM business process enhancements, break/fix issues, and data maintenance. Work may include designing and enhancing Workday business processes to streamline employee experiences related to payroll and time tracking, absence and time off, evaluating impacts of Workday delivered features, supporting the maintenance of HR data structure such as deductions and earnings, mass updates of setup data and payroll data using EIBs, and more.
- Position requires 3 or more years of experience in Workday functional configuration, including a deep knowledge of manager and employee experiences in the system such as hires, job changes, leaves and absence management, termination and offboarding processes, security, auditing and controls.
- We work in an agile environment with the JIRA tool, and stories assigned to this candidate will support the HR business line in enterprise initiatives, which will involve gathering requirements, proposing design, completing configuration, writing and executing test scenarios, and consulting on change management and communication.
