Projects the candidate will be working on:
- Program Management support for the Conversational AI Platform within the Enterprise Architecture, Integration, and Platforms team.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment (Fortune 200)
- 5+ years of IT Project Management
- 2+ years of Agile/Scrum working experience.

- MS Power Point and Excel (5+ years)
- Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise (3+ years)
- Strong cross functional and enterprise program delivery experience (3+ years)
Top Responsibilities:
- Plan & Mange commercial product development programs/projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Have deep understanding of other project life cycles including waterfall and how to manage dependencies between Agile Scrum teams and waterfall life cycle projects.
- Play the role of Scrum Master / RTE (Servant Leader) as required on projects.
- Be well-versed with budget (capital & expense) management process and life cycle.
- Identify the key stake holders and manage the expectations of key stakeholders and take their support to help resolve bottlenecks.
- Participates in or lead the program steering committee reviews and gate approvals
- Actively manages the program scope, budget, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual program tasks, as well as timely reporting of program status
- Facilitate ongoing key stake holder communication between Business, Finance, Operations, Product & Delivery teams.
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.

- C-level interface and presentation skills
- Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and systems analysis skills
Skills/attributes Preferred
- Agile / Scrum certification
- Lean, Six Sigma Experience (Green or Black belt)
- Experience supporting program capital management life cycle
Proficiency in computer software such as Rally (CA Agile), PlanView, CA Clarity (PPM Optics) or MS Project - Strong financial forecasting/tracking and workforce planning skills on large programs
- Experience in the agile maturity transformation of teams eg: CICD, ATDD, Dev Ops and Test automation
- PMP Certification
- Health care insurance background
- Process implementation & re-engineering
- Very strong understanding of Cloud technologies & architecture
- Developing & tracking strong business cases & cost benefit analysis
- Big 4 or Professional Services experience
