MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help drive the continued adoption of Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform, and Modern workplace technologies.
• Design, plan, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Office 365 portfolio primarily but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Endpoint Manager.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, supply recommendations to stakeholders, and deliver meaningful products.
• Provide hands-on support of Office 365 technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve varying levels of technical issues related to the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Complete training requirements as required for this position within the required timeline.
• Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies
Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Gained technical experience on one or more products such as Exchange Server, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams / Skype For Business, with a particular focus on the online services of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Experience in using technologies for cloud digital identity management and authentication management, such as AzureAD, ADConnect and ADFS.
• Familiar with Hybrid environments, complex migration scenarios and antispam / antivirus systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Core technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and main network protocols).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 security issues (DLP, RMS, Microsoft 365 Security Center).
• Automation experiences with PowerShell scripts.
Ability to gather requirements, deploy solutions and support deployment to meet the needs of Enterprise customers.
