The role is responsible for leading the design and development of our Sitecore 10.1 public website components and content integration.  It works with our Marketing and IT teams, leads the utilization of best practices, also serves as a coach, and mentor when needed.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Design, code, debug, test, deploy, support and document configurable and reusable Sitecore components.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend and implement automated solutions to increase process automation, user experience, and optimal management of our public site.
  • Lead development efforts to develop and deploy best practices for component development and content workflow automation.
  • Provide application and technical support during all phases of the website development.
  • Demonstrate commitment to innovation, quality, schedules and budget.
  • Develop project management artifacts and documentation.
  • Coach and mentor Marketing and IT team members.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Associated Degree.
  • 5+ years of related work experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient with Sitecore 10.1 .NET MVC JavaScript
  • Strong database management and administrative knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Moderate to extensive knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures, and practices of SiteCore Content Management System.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sitecore Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Proficient with secure coding and test-driven development.
  • Moderately to highly complex analytical skills.
  • Proficient with responsive design.
  • Moderate search technology knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements is a plus.
