Description:

  • Manual work ‘no member match/member mis-match’ failures for Epic Auto Print digital returns: Perform analysis of digital return files that fail due to ‘no member match/member mismatch’ and loo
    • Run query to pull all charts that failed for no member match/member mis-match
    • PAFX Table: Identify GMID (global member ID) and populate in spreadsheet
    • Use Member FN, Member LN, DOB from provider group’s return file
    • This process is done ONE MEMBER at a time (very time consuming)
    • Flat File/Outbound eData File
    • Search in the most current outbound eData file for the provider group to identify the GMID
    • Generate the manifest file for member data
    • Run the Windows PowerShell script to extract the failed charts – pull PDFs from the main zip file from the provider group
    • Zip all the failed charts into one zip file
    • Create one top level zip file with the manifest file and the failed charts and place zip file to the RAIL inbound location for RAIL to pick up and process
  • Analyze other issues preventing digital return file processing, identify options to resolve the issues, fix the issues and resend the return file through for processing
  • Monitor file to ensure all records successful process end-to-end
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and automation (e.g., Macros, Other), create, test, deploy and validate in production.
  • Analyze data requests, create queries, pull data, review data and document what the data is telling us, recommend solutions, seek approval, work across teams to address the full scope of work
  • Provide technical guidance/direction for SQL query writing and execution, macros and other
  • Create and/or enhance SharePoint solutions and Reporting

What type of education will this candidate need

  • Bachelors degree
  • What software skills are needed
  • Advanced SQL skills, macros, Tableau, SharePoint
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Exceptional data analytics with ability to document details and succinctly verbalize what the data is telling us. If there are issues to be address, define the solution, seek approval and execute.
  • Advanced communication skills, verbal and in writing

Skills/attributes Required

  • Requires advanced skills supporting SQL, Excel, Macros, SharePoint, Reporting, critical thinking and solution definition and execution, sound QA and end-to-end testing and exceptional written and verbal communication.
