Overview:
Responsible for developing and executing on the needed changes to drive growth and further solidify ProAg’s strategic advantages in the market. Forms partnerships with crossfunctional business teams to drive improvements for agents, policy holders and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Relying on extensive knowledge and advanced leadership skills, this role is accountable for the
  • following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall management and leadership in the daily operations of the Business Analysis and
  • Quality Assurance functions.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities related to our contractual agreement with the Risk Management
  • Collaborate with CIO and Director of Software Engineering on resource assignments/allocations.
  • Represent IT from an operations standpoint (meetings, leadership events, etc…)
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating of short- and long-term systems strategy and
  • implementation.
  • Identify and implement internal IT training needs.
  • Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring the impact of IT on the business
  • Ensure daily operations meet all required service levels and ensures integrity of data, proprietary information, and related intellectual property.
  • Leads alignment to the company’s technical vision and technological development based on the
  • Build strong collaborate relationships with business groups across the business and develop an understanding of their issues, challenges, and opportunities. Provide practical input on technologies, processes, and solutions to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hire, develop, evaluate, reward and retain a highly qualified team of IT professionals.
  • Ensure that the organization has strong system and analytical skills and the ability to execute on business projects.
