Description:

  • Inbound and outbound integrations using Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connector, Studio Integrations creation and troubleshooting for Finance & Supply Chain. Human Capital integration experience a plus.
  • EIB & Custom XSLT & Workday Web Services (WWS)
  • XML, SOAP, Rest API
  • BIRT Layouts/Forms (Business Form Layouts)
  • XSLT , XTT/ETV & Document Transformation
  • Custom Reports – especially Advanced Reports
  • Integration and Report Scheduling Processes
  • EDI and cXML for 3rd party Punch-out Integrations
  • Integration Security Fundamentals
  • Understand overall Workday Configurable Security Fundamentals - Relationship between Organizations, users, security groups, domains, business processes & securable items
  • Integration Notifications
  • Integration System User (ISU) & Integration System Security Groups (ISSG) configuration and maintenance.
  • Follow JMHOI Naming Conventions for integrations and reports.
  • Follow Change Control from client request to migration into production.
  • Maintain ServiceNow tickets for customer incidents, requests, enhancements, and projects.
  • Provide estimates on integrations requests for Business Services Advisory Group (BSAG).
  • Support Workday bi-annual upgrade testing each March & September for integrations.
  • Support EPIC quarterly upgrades for Workday/EPIC integrations
  • Business Process Fundamentals & trigger integrations on demand through BPs
  • Understand Banking Settlement Process for payroll and AP and connect integrations to Bank Accounts
  • Understand SCM procurement item setups to troubleshoot integrations when there are issues
  • Understand how item pricing is setup in Workday and how it correlates to EPIC
  • Collaborate with other members in the team to troubleshoot issues
  • Create and maintain documentation files for each integration in a repository
  • Use forums like Workday Community, Eclipse, StackOverflow, etc. for research – google to find additional information
  • Know how to use PGP for encrypting and digitally signing files –?Using SFTP + PGP Encryption is JMH policy (Work with the integrations team using Ensemble for file transfers)
  • Use the Process Monitor to troubleshoot issues (failed integrations) daily and report issues to the customer
  • Log cases with Workday when issues are identified with the system
  • Deploy CLAR in tenant and Export/Import Studio Projects
  • Work with Project Manager and 3rd Party Vendors on new projects
  • Be a positive contributor and be willing to work with others and be willing to learn new things
  • Great verbal and written skills
