Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The Talent Development Bus Systems Analyst will focus on supporting upcoming acquisitions and onboarding them into our learning management system.
  • Additional support of our learning technologies and processes will be included.

Ideal Background:

  • The background does not need to be specific to the healthcare industry – experience/required skills is more important.
  • We are looking for someone with learning management system (LMS) experience that includes administration on system functionality, familiar with processes around learning systems, and support role experience.

Team and Team size:

  • Talent Technology Learning Team consists of 3 team members who will provide training/support for the contractor.
  • The actual work will involve engagement with business leads and acquisition partners during the onboarding work to our UHG learning systems.
  • 1 Bus Systems Analysis Manager, 2 Software Engineers (immediate team). M&A Team are COE business leads and project managers.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development Business Systems Analyst will partner with the Human Capital M&A teams to support and track the talent development onboarding tasks aligned to integrating acquired entities into our learning technology.
  • Learn and understand LearnSource, the LMS.
  • Lead and manage task lists and project plans for work efforts.
  • Partner with acquisition key contacts by leading meetings, completing
  • Talent Development onboarding tasks and communicating the outcomes.
  • Support questions/issues for the LMS and other learning technologies.

Skills/attributes Required

  • 5 years’ experience with a learning management system including administration functions.
  • Project and time management skills to work multiple projects at one time.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, preferably the Learn module, but not required.

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Knowledge of Oracle Learn LMS module.
  • Ability to lead meetings, clearly communicate outcomes and present system demos and processes.
  • Work independently, but leverage assistance when needed.
