Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Establish relationships with key business partners to understand business strategy and direction
- Create and facilitate a common forum across business functions for intake, planning and prioritization
- Collaborate with development teams and architecture to ensure solutions meet business outcomes and value
- Effectively communicate to all levels in the organization on priorities and progress
Business Strategy to Value Delivery and Customer Centricity
- Translate business strategy and business priorities into a product roadmap and related value delivery
- Establish and maintain a well communicated backlog with the right priorities for the team to deliver
- Be able to manage and balance priorities from multiple stakeholders into a single organizational priority
Best Practices and Agile Maturity
- Establish best practices for intake, planning and prioritization
- Establish best practices to mature agile practices – user stories, backlog, sizing, testing, skills, ceremonies
- Create and prioritize work for the scrum team based on current and upcoming business priorities
- Mentor and coach team members and business partners on best practices
Communicate Value & Performance of Portal through Data & Metrics
- Establish, measure & communicate KPI’s/OKR’s and other value metrics
- Establish and leverage analytics to create insights for continuous improvement of user experience
- Seek feedback and incorporate into roadmaps
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other related fields preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital product management required; Exposure to external customer-facing products preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience working on scrum team and other agile framework
- Experience managing multiple internal and/or external stakeholders preferred
- CSPO Certification highly preferred
