Job Responsibilities:

  • You will perform Radio Frequency Optimization – RAN Parameter and coverage/capacity optimization
  • You will perform Perform statistical analysis to identify KPI offender and find root cause to address degradation / customer impact
  • You will perform Radio Frequency network optimization activities for 4G/5G network.
  • You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics.
  • You will perform network tuning using parameter optimization.
  • You will be responsible for technical knowledge transfer to client/customer, as required.
  • You will undertake NW performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Database and able to use SQL/TOAD & other BI tools like, Business Objects PowerBI and Tableau
  • Experience in Parameter Optimization for a telecommunications system
  • Experience in mobile radio propagation aspects through work on at least one of the following technologies –LTE, 5G
  • Working experience on at least one of the following equipment manufacturers - Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung
