- Responsible for owning the daily content calendars and analytics that support client's social activity.
- This position plays a core role on the social team, supporting all functions through a close relationship with cross-functional teams, knowledge of product priorities, and understanding of content performance through closely tracked analytics
Content Management:
- Support social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Instagram Stories to increase brand awareness, community and customer engagement.
- Assist in scheduling all social posts based on seasonal and product priorities
- Assist in briefing social content
- Assist in posting across social channels- includes bi-weekly ownership of weekend posting
- Monitor and track TikTok & IG for emerging trends
- Create trackable links & tags for all product in social posts
- Assist in community engagement (commenting) when VS is tagged in posts across TikTok & IG
Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist in weekly & monthly social analytics reporting, including individual post performance across all platforms
- Manage social benchmarks based on historic data
- Assist social team in tracking social KPIs
- Perform content analysis and support with strategic recommendations via actionable insights
- Assist in creation of one-pagers, decks and other requested documents as needed
- Monitor and share competitor analysis
Qualifications
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in social media management and analytics
- Experience managing and publishing across all social media platforms
- Passion for TikTok
- Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas
- Strong proficiency with social media tools, such as Dash Hudson, Curulate, Netbase, Adobe, Facebook & Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics
- Excitement for learning and understanding what makes fans take actions in social media
- Must have and maintain knowledge of pop culture and viral trends
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
