Description:
- Supporting the Coverage & Benefits Program, Responsible for leading a team on strategic initiatives crossing all lines of business and operating groups.
- Program Managers will determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements.
- Make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your workload and work on ad hoc projects as assigned.
Experience:
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
- Healthcare experience
- Web/Digital Project Management Experience

- 7+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Team and Team size:
- Varies. PMs work with Product leads/teams & Scrum Teams to deliver initiatives. Outside of that I have 7 PMs on my team supporting work across portfolios
Top Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work)
- Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
- Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g. labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources
- Creates and executes project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools
- Managing project execution around systems, architecture and delivery of business value
- Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Providing subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Holds team members accountable for their tasks within the project plan timeframe
- May lead functional or segment teams or projects and serve as a leader/ mentor by reviewing work performed by others and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Coordinate project work across a cross-functional team including vendor relationships
- Manages strong project relationships and communications with both internal and external partners
- Facilitates effective communication and prepares presentations to organization leaders and project stakeholders
