You will apply the breadth and depth of your knowledge and skills to act as a trusted source of expertise leading efforts to continuously improve technology’s ability to engage, empower and delight people at work, no matter where they work. 
You are a leader who is ready to develop the people and talent on their team and around them to achieve our business and technology goals.
This role will lead all aspects of our infrastructure and technology capabilities supporting our corporate employee base. Providing strategies for improving our employees' daily experiences with devices, operating systems, integrations and applications.
You will oversee multiple teams with responsibilities covering functions such as, tier 1-3 support, server and desktop engineering, office productivity, application and tools provisioning and configuration, identity and access management, audio/visual and unified communication services.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Platform and Infrastructure Services, and closely peered with other leaders in engineering management team. 
Immediate goals that you will impact
1.Redefine our corporate technology and implementation in terms of improving the employee technology experience.
2.Contribute to selection and rollout of unified communications platform to support best suited for current and growing needs of Self Esteem Brands 
3.Simplify IT tooling and process reducing toil for the engineering team and customers
4.Education and career growth of your team to support and operate our IT operations across new acquisitions and global growth.


Must Have:
Great communication skills. Your primary customers are our corporate users and their guests. Knowing what, when and how to communicate technically as well as non-technically across various levels of business is key.
8+ years of strong technical background designing, operating, and evolving a corporate environment both on-premises and cloud with excellent breadth across security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
experience and exposure to supporting Microsoft and Linux server in a 24x7 environments
desktop and device management. JAMF & Microsoft InTune a plus.
server engineering to provide standardized, scalable solutions to support ERP, CRM and other corporate functions.
Active Directory design and administration, Group Policy, O365, SSO
Identity and access management needs over full employee lifecycle
Microsoft cloud experience, particularly with M365, Azure, Azure AD, AD Connect, hybrid identity goals.
vmware vsphere 6.7+ experience
experience with Microsoft and application licensing needs.
experience with hardware refresh and recycle requirements.
3+ years in people management including performance management, career development, coaching and mentoring.
Manage a culture that drives innovation, diversity and continuous learning
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
Manage the vendor relationship including determining in scope and out of scope work,
Exposure DevOps + ITIL practices and ITSM products such as ServiceNow or Jira
Influence and develop budget for your functional areas and are responsible for meeting/delivering against budgetary goals and objectives.

Nice to Have:
Supporting cloud and industry certifications
Developing software or scripting (one or more of .NET, Java, PowerShell, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript, Python).
Experience migrating / modernizing on-premise application workloads to cloud 
Experience with leading infrastructure as code tool chains
Source Control Management tools (Git, Github, Bitbucket, etc..)
