Job Summary:
The Production Designer is responsible for content production for both digital and print material. They will be responsible for creating design elements for digital media projects, including graphics, images, web ads, backgrounds, icons, and more. This role will also assist with designing and preparing files for print, including promo assets, direct mailers, product packaging and more. This position will work collaboratively across  PG&A marketing to clarify requirements, goals, expectations, and timelines, designing within Polaris’ existing brand standards and requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing team members on design needs
Prepare and deliver image assets for web, email, paid marketing, and other digital channels
Content production and life-cycle management across all product lines and a variety of mediums
Manage a mix of large and small projects, often with overlapping priority and urgency
Build and maintain working files within a collaborative file structure
Function within a team environment and actively participate in achieving team goals
Project-based assignments aligning with business objectives
Demonstration of creative thinking, navigating ambiguity, communication, and time management
Maintains a continuous improvement culture by identifying and executing strategies and priorities that enable the PG&A team to enhance overall operational effectiveness

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, production, marketing, or relevant fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of computer software and applications – Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Jira
Design experience with print and digital
Proven strength in the following: creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation
The drive to actively contribute to both personal and company-wide goals through creative and innovative thinking
Experience in project management or asset management
Powersports, automotive or agricultural experience

Core Hours: Standard business hours (8am-5pm)
