- Digital Media Designer is responsible for defining and documenting all visual and interaction design aspects of systems and interfaces with a focus on the people who will use those systems.
- Candidates will have experience and proven success defining, creating and documents the visual and interaction design components of intuitive and well-crafted interfaces and digital experiences including websites, mobile applications, kiosks, and touchscreens.
- Those design components include all details of visual design (e.g. color, contrast, type, layout), all aspects of interaction design (e.g. animation, touch gestures, system behavior and feedback, affordances, haptic feedback, etc.).
- This includes responsibility for all technical aspects associated with designing for the full range of devices and interfaces (screen resolutions, device rendering capabilities, limitations and opportunities of relevant front-end development technologies).

- 3-5 years of experience
- Demonstrate excellent and repeatable creative, visual design, interaction design and problem-solving ability
- Works well independently and have the ability to successfully lead large-scale projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Able to collaborate and persuade
- Must be able to present well and articulate and defend design decisions with grace and logic
- Work samples for major national and global brands (portfolio required)
- Agency or Startup experience preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Drawing/Sketching Ability
- Rapid Prototyping
