  • Experience working as an SLO or Support Lead – Tracking and taking care of Production incident lifecycle.

  • Analyze requirement.
  • Propose solution.
  • Write user stories.
  • Communicate with Business
  • Understand business requirement. Translate Business requirement it into Technical requirement.
  • Understand current stack and propose solutions to business problem. Build a resilient architecture.
