- The Email Strategy Coordinator, is responsible for assisting the Email Strategy Marketing Manager in building & developing email strategies that drive customer engagement, business growth, and equity for the client's brand.
- This role will provide executional support in the creation and execution of daily marketing emails as well as maintaining channel calendars & documentation.
- The Email Strategy Coordinator will work cross functionally to understand client's customers, product, promotional cadence & brand stories to build relevant and engaging email content.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and change management of strategic creative briefs for marketing emails to provide clear and accurate direction to cross-functional partners.
- Maintain channel records & calendars to track and communicate email plans.
- Partner closely with the Email Strategy Marketing Manager to drive short- and long-term strategy for the overall email program.
- Support the Email Strategy Manager as needed to leverage insights to action that support channel goals, financial targets, enhancement needs, etc.
- Interpret data and draw analytical conclusions to help inform broader business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Creative, Copy, Operations, Digital Commerce, Brand Strategy, App, etc.) to develop and deliver brand stories to the customer.
- Assist with final review and approval of email prior to launch. Ensure accuracy of copy, creative, and linking based upon strategic objectives.
- Strategize and support email testing agenda
- Identify opportunities to support email file growth and customer goals
- Monitor trends in competitive and consumer landscape to identify brand opportunities
