Job Description:

  • Will be responsible for providing client service
  • Interfacing with client on a daily basis
  • Plan and execute media plan in multi-medium
  • Recommends appropriate media and budgets for clients.
  • Utilize various database marketing tools and systems to perform analyses on customer behavior, site behavior, develop profiles for and evaluate the effectiveness of targeted marketing.
  • Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
  • Extract all data sets needed to support marketing programs.
  • Establish standard internal reporting packages for marketing clients.
  • Perform ongoing analyses on all relationship marketing efforts.
  • Interface with operations, product teams and finance in support of various hardware and software issues.
  • Responsible for making changes and enhancements in the design of marketing databases.
  • Proficient computer skills including (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). 1-3 Yrs. Exp.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Assists in overseeing multiple projects with varying timelines and ensures their timely execution
    • Facilitates various vendor communications such as file sharing, pre-review of assets prior to final review and approval and more
  • Marketing Support
    • Executes assigned elements of Integrated Marketing Communication Plans as well as Launch Plans
    • Partners with cross functional partners to execute on above plans including but not limited to print, online, social media, e-blasts, websites/apps and other collateral
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
  • 2+ years of project management and marketing communications experience
  • Medical experience is preferred
  • Experience with advertising and promotional materials in a highly regulated environment is preferred
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced and team-oriented work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to details, deadlines, documentation and project timelines
