Team and Team size:

• Candidate will be working on windows Server admin activities with 2 more members
• 1 Manager with 2Developers.

• Responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the network.
• As a Windows Administrator, should have in-depth knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, and the ability to solve complex IT issues.
• A top-class Windows Administrator ensures the smooth running of the company’s networking and server systems, while maintaining a high level of security.
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
• Function as a mentor for other team members, providing assistance where needed.

Skills/attributes Required

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience skilled Windows Server Administrator to windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• 3+ years experience assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
• 3+ years experience strong background in TWS, ability to manage thousands of jobs.
• 2+ years experience basic understanding of SQL DB's, able to diagnose problems.
• 2+ years experience ability to create scripts in Windows .bat file, PowerShell and similar languages.
• 2+ years experience monitoring system performance, alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.

Skills/attributes Preferred

• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
• Good understanding of SSIS, and good diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow as it pertains to TWS, Change Controls, Incidents, Incident notification.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Control process.
• Understanding of Secure, CyberArk, and administering Service Accounts.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of DEVOps, GITHUB
