- The person hired for the position of Global Marketing Analyst supports the marketing division by driving a data strategy and providing analysis and reporting to optimize the division’s marketing investments and strategy across global teams.
- The individual will also support key marketing activities in conjunction with division portfolio, segment and functional marketing teams.
- Partners with global marketers and key account managers to provide global marketing and sales analytics for prioritized marketing programs, educational events, division initiatives and key accounts; develops key insights to drive continuous program improvements
- Advances division marketing and sales foundational capabilities by leading projects targeted at improving data quality, consistency, processes and reporting for prioritized programs
- Defines marketing operations standards for consistent usage of corporate tools and resources
- Works in partnership with marketers to develop and launch customer events, sales training, key account marketing programs and webinars in support of prioritized marketing programs
- Manages the global marketing budget including alignment of marketing priorities and budget allocation, budget tracking and ensuring that spending aligns to allocated quarterly targets
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and/or other similar business functional areas
- Experience analyzing, manipulating and interpreting customer data
- Experience developing data strategy across disparate data sources
- Experience developing and executing marketing programs
- Strong digital skills using sales and marketing tools – Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong acumen and attention to detail
