Responsibilities:
Essential Accountabilities:
•Translate and drives the development of customer’s vision into an actionable program-level roadmap.
•Leads and manages daily program and project level coordination, including timelines, milestones, and cadence of program/project releases
•Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments
•Work with Scrum Masters to define, organize, and manage the work scope across various development teams, removing roadblocks and holding teams accountable for their commitments
•Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment of work and deliverables to ensure fully functional features and delivery of program/project work is delivered
•Must be comfortable with technology and willing to experiment with technologies that are rolled out in order to best support them.
•Directs the creation and maintenance of required program/project documentation and artifacts.
•Establish and ensure the appropriate program and project governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies and practices, on behalf of the executive sponsor.
•Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting.
•Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
•Flexibility is a must since this role will entail a wide variety of activities.
•Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment in the Atlanta office Knowledge and Skills

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:
5+ years preferred
5+ years of medium to large-scale software delivery experience in a project management role. Proven ability to lead programs/projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
3+ years of experience in program delivery working in an agile or scaled agile environment
Agile Certifications (i.e., Scaled Agile, PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Alliance, icAgile, Pragmatic etc.) •Demonstrated experience with SCRUM and Kanban Agile methodologies
Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, Asana
0365 Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
