- Strong project management skills with experience managing a team that’s globally distributed (L1/L2 prod support team)
- Manage backlog of business priorities
- Help with defining operating model for L1/L2 team (Data Operations) and define OKRs
- Build executive presentations
- Track status/metrics and report to business stakeholders
- Ensure operational responsiveness, using a metrics-driven improvement approach
- Review operational performance and assess major risks
- Pro-active and effective decision-making skills
- Able to present to teams/groups of people and structure key messages and communicate points of view
- Nice to have –
- experience working with Financial Services clients
- Basic understanding of data engineering workflows & Cloud (AWS/Azure)
