Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • CBS Business projects - Screen enhancements; Browser agnostic project; CBS operation and maintenance - Remediating SonarQube vulnerabilities; New client related projects

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare background is preferred, not a must.

Top Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Spring-based Java Web development (2 or more years in Web & 2 or more years in Batch)
  • 4 years of database experience (Oracle)
  • 2+ years of UNIX experience

Team and Team size:

  • 12 member team (6 on-shore; 6 off-shore); (Java - 3 on/1 off; ETL - 1 on/5 off;.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Software engineer; CBS daily support coverage; Analysis of new requirements; Development of new functionality or enhance existing functionality; ATDD; Regression Testing.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Java, Eclipse, GitHub, WAS, Oracle, Unix

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in Spring-based Java Web development (2 or more years in Web & 2 or more years in Batch)
  • 5+ years of experience in Eclipse and WAS 9+
  • 4+ years of database experience
  • 2+ years of UNIX experience
  • Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
