Job Description:
- We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.
- This person will be responsible for upfront strategic planning including content strategy and execution to effectively translate business objectives into customer-focused solutions that demonstrate meaningful and tangible results.
- Uses analytics and insights to optimize digital channels, including web, social media, email, paid search, display, etc.
- Support the development and drive demand generation programs to support revenue objectives of acquiring new customers and managing relationships with internal business partners.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, segment leads, enable effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts, infographics, videos, etc.
- Use analytics, insights, and best practices to optimize user experience, digital strategies, content, and tactics across all digital channels including SEO and SEM.
- Establish ways to measure and track metrics and make improvements to the approach based on those measurements.
- Manage the creation and execution of social media marketing and support digital marketing efforts.
- Nurture prospects and ensure that marketing leads are converted to sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to orchestrate online marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple workstreams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.
- Manages the progress of projects coordinating activities among stakeholders and tracking completion of tasks to full execution of each project.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role preferred
- 3+ years creating and executing digital strategies/content dev for web, paid, social, and email within med device/healthcare.
- 3+ years of experience executing analytics projects or working in close collaboration with an analytics team (knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau preferred). Requires deep practical knowledge of these tools, concepts and methodologies within a regulated industry, preferably Medical Device or related healthcare sector.
- Possess thorough understanding of the digital space as it relates to: principles of digital customer experience/UX design, management of digital assets including taxonomy, meta data; social media; paid search and SEO best practices.
- Ability to launch digital campaigns for different markets and regions.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time. Flawless attention to detail; highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate details of programs, processes, and plans to various audiences.
