- Strong Agile process background Ie: has implemented or helped to drive process into dev teams
- Strong technology background, they don’t have to have been an engineer but need to understand all aspects of development & qa to be able help drive and remove blockers to team progress preferably in a SaaS environment
- Ideally some mgmt. or lead experience that includes HR type activities (1:1, reviews, etc)
- Nice to have – Healthcare or EMR experience
