Job Description:

  • Candidate will assist R&D Systems with project planning activities.
  • Tasks will include data entry/consolidation in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Previous Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint knowledge is a requirement and programming/developing models in Excel is highly desired.
  •  Candidate will also assist with the setup of meeting and facility requests.

Skills:

  • Savvy in Excel (Excel 2007)
  • SharePoint (site set up/permissions)
  • and PowerPoint Desired

Experience:

project-management fundamentals and technical degree; experience in developing Excel models such as those used in Finance, Marketing Intelligence, and Demand Planning/Supply Chain.

 Soft Skills:

  • Strong written/verbal communication
  • Self-motivated
  • Problem-solver; attention to detail
  • Someone passionate about technology/system improvements Tasks
  • Independently run demand consolidation (Monthly)
  • Confirm all Stage Gate files have been transferred for the Document Repository Projects (Early Q4'12 activity -- start date sensitive)
  • Maintain Product Development Milestone Map model built in Excel for data entry. Troubleshoot Excel/SharePoint tool/permissions (Monthly)
  • Metrics Prototype - Support Product Owner and Scrum Master with facilitating and preparing for Sprint reviews.
  • Assist team with data consolidation in Excel/PPT. (Weekly)
  • New Product Development Process (Business Review and Portfolio Management)- Support R&D System team members with data collection/consolidation in Excel/PPT
  • Support HC Allocation project planning activities and pre-work (Q1'13)
  • Create/update SharePoint folder structure based on cost center listing and create hyperlink summary file o Help with slides, email communications
  • Prepare invitee list and schedule meetings/fac
