Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. .
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs system Analysis, troubleshoot as needed, and assist with debugging along with fixing system breakdowns
- Document processes, requirements, and logic for future reference
- Demonstrate strong analytical modeling skills (models that clearly and easily communicate concepts to customers)
- define and document business requirements, technical requirements, and user stories
- ability to lead cross functional teams
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Salesforce
