Responsibilities:
• Formulates and defines computer systems' scope and objectives through research and analysis of the department's business systems and industry requirements.
• Analyzes business and user needs, document requirements, and revises existing systems and software as necessary to support the business environment.
• Provides intermediate technical or production support and conducts maintenance and installation of software programs, computer systems and/or enhancements.
• Plans, coordinates and conducts related software, system and end-user testing.
• Troubleshoots moderately-complex technical problems and issues.
• Responds to requests for information, including developing moderately complex ad-hoc reports and queries in databases and/or management information systems.
• Provides analytic support to department management for business planning and decision-making.
• Develops and revises procedures, defines processes, and provides training for users and staff.
• Serves as a liaison and coordinates business application enhancements and/or software updates.
• Serves as a primary contact for resolving user support issues to ensure efficient operations.
• Participates in department and org information systems and related projects.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of analytic experience in a business systems applications and/or information technology environment, or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience. (For Level III must have 6 years of experience, For Level IV must have 8 years of experience)
