- Digital Channel Manager - Investments
- In this product analyst role, work as part of a digital platform team to support online and mobile services for and U.S. Bancorp Investment clients.
- Work closely with product managers, vendors and stakeholders to define, test, support and deliver digital client experience related to investing and related capabilities.
- Partners closely with product managers, vendors, and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s).
- Creates user stories and acceptance criteria, perform testing on working products, and prioritizes stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. Work closely in a hands-on style with development team including, testing working products, addressing daily prioritization needs, and answering questions on an ongoing basis.
- Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope and budget and communicates this information to the organization.
- Employs product management practices and tactics including customer research, data and analytics, and market research.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of related professional experience
- Experience with successful implementation of client-facing technical solutions including: gathering business requirements/stories, clarifying acceptance criteria, developing/reviewing test strategies, validating/testing products.
- Solid skills in Agile principles, Scrum, Confluence, JIRA
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and able to drive to consensus
- Strong organizational planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and desire to continuously build skills, including design thinking and product strategy
- Experience in the financial services or Wealth Management industry is a plus
