Description
- Sr. Process Manager, focusing on managing processes of patient outreach campaigns using IVR or call centers, providing reports by working with the data team, creating executive summaries, and support other ad hoc projects.
- The person will work with WellMed's CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System) team, reporting to the VP of CAHPS.
- The team culture is collaborative, giving each person ownership for responsible programs.
Top responsibilities:
- Provide Project Management expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of assigned projects and maintains a project management framework that enables a project core team to successfully execute projects.
- Maintains and analyzes project schedule and prepares regular status reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, opportunities and issues and develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.
- Lead complex call campaigns that require cross functional coordination.
- Work closely with all departments to accomplish mutual goals and strategies in order to achieve company goals.
- Continue the clinical process improvement pilot for better patient experience.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business.
- Document, report, and communicated about status and findings of the programs/projects.
- Support the team in ad hoc tasks such as quarterly business review.
- Update and share the bi-weekly leadership report on status of the team's key initiatives.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field required. (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
- Five or more years of experience in full life cycle project management experience including project ROI assessment, project team management and change control management, or healthcare operations experience.
- Possession of strong analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data required.
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, Share Point, and Business Maps).
- Ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership.
- Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Masters in Health Administration, Finance, Public Health or Business Administration.
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Two or more years of Healthcare or clinic operations experience.
Ideal Background:
- Ideal background of the candidate would include strong process management experience and project management skills, communicational skills, and problem solving skills.
Experience:
- No professional license or certificate is needed. Ample experience and great skills are essential
