- Core Platform & Operations - building platform capabilities that power client and our consumer app experience.
- Product Manager joining squads that are focused on building platform capabilities, CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites.
- The squads will help to introduce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approaches to the larger Digital and Technology organization.
- Product Manager within our Core Platform & Operations portfolio focused on delivering capabilities around our CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites.
- This role will be influential in introducing Site Reality Engineering practices to our larger organization to better the overall developer experience.
- Work day-to-day with a cross-functional team consisting of two squads utilizing a Kanban agile methodology.
- This individual will help them gather requirements, craft user-stories to build out and manage the overall backlog of work.
- Responsible for the creation of quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and reporting on those utilizing quantitative/qualitative metrics at 30/60/90-day intervals.
- With assistance of our Assoc.
- Director of Product Management, the individual will craft a long-term vision for the team and assist in evangelizing this to the broader organization.
- Individual will report directly to our Assoc.
- Director of Product Management within the Core Platform & Operations portfolio.
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
- Stakeholder management and experience crafting vision for complex or multiple products
- Agile web development experience – managing product teams without direct authority
- Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
- Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
- 6 or more years of product management experience, OR experience working in web/app development
- Experience on teams building platform capabilities, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approaches, CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites
- Stakeholder management at a large enterprise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex issues and influence others, including business and technical leaders
- Experience with Objective and Key Results (OKR) methodology
- Stakeholder management at a large enterprise
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom
