- Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office required.
- This role will be specific for our Denver office location.
- Provides administrative support to executive-level individuals.
- Responsibilities may include screening calls, scheduling, making travel and meeting arrangements, typing correspondence, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff and managing confidential information in a professional manner.
- Prepares reports as needed. Schedule and coordinates all required resources for meetings. Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary.
- Must be able to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the executive officer in a highly professional manner.
- Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are essential. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

- Personal Accountabilities:
- Support the Technology Services Admin Team – be a part of the entire Technology Services Admin Team (Amy, Tamara, Gabby).
- Work with VP's admin to support as needed Please keep up to date on all training required Executive Admin Accountabilities:
- Daily Calendaring Tasks – Review Calendar daily to ensure no double bookings (move things as appropriate).
- Expense Reporting and Booking Travel Team Admin Accountabilities: Order meals as appropriate for meetings.
- Book Rooms/Set up and prep for large meetings.
