Ideal Background:
- Health Care—specifically with intake of eligibility data in both fixed length, delimited or 834 file formats.
- In depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team and Team size:
- The team is split into 2 currently (6 members each but interact often)
- We have 3 SA/QA-3 Developers.
Top Responsibilities:
- This position is a Systems Analyst position in which they would have a variety of responsibilities.
- This person would work directly with both internal and external customers, and have a good working knowledge of group, benefits and eligibility in the Health Insurance Industry.
- They would need to trouble shoot issues, have data analysis skills along with SQL for data mining, help with testing of new or updated code.
Skills/attributes Required
- Ideally the candidate would have 5 years experience for the skillsets listed above.
Skills/attributes Preferred
- Knowledge of Perl, Java, Kafka.
