Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Operations support. Assist with account provisioning duties on the LDMG IAM team.

Ideal Background:

  • Prior Identity and Access management experience.

Team and Team size:

  • 6
  • 4 IAM associates, 2 IAM system administrators.

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Support and complete account provisioning requests and services submitted to IAM team
  • Process access management solutions based on internal policies and procedures
  • Assist with managing the configuration of system profiles within the access provisioning tool based on gathered requirements
  • Assist with the set up and management of automated as well as manual account provisioning workflows
  • Align with Privileged Access and Identity Management activities
  • Ensure that identified access related issues are prioritized and remediated in an appropriate time frame.

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • One or more years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with access administration and governing tools such as Microsoft’s Identity Manager, or equivalent tool experience
  • Three or more years of Active Directory Experience
  • O365/M365 Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to interact with all levels of organization including management
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision
