Top Responsibilities:
- Application Support services GE CENTRICITY PERIOPERATIVE ANESTHESIA (CPA), GE CENTRICITY PERIOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT (CPM), VOCERA, PROVATION MEDICAL, and other miscellaneous applications that are linked to these.
- PROBLEMS identify solutions to non-standard requests;
- DOCUMENTATION and communicate effectively in order to ensure timely resolutions;
- SUPPORT Working with third-party vendors in order to support the GE CPM, GE CPA, Vocera, Provation Medical (ProvationMD);
- KNOWLEDGE Assesses and interpret customers' needs and requirements; 6. TESTING functionality of application(s) as the environment is constantly applying updates/patches to different environments we are in and linked to;
- OWNERSHIP tickets, service requests that come into HEAT ticketing system; 8. SUPPORT and assist with Vendor Access Requests;
- TROUBELSHOOT, assist UHG SeviceDesk tickets and requests, if any;
- DOCUMENTATION Prepare to send out notifications/outages/maintenance via email to the stakeholders;
- KNOWLEDGE to analyze technology solutions options and provides feedback to appropriate parties;
- KNOWLEDGE maintain with all IT policies and procedures required;
- OWNERSHIP to schedule TEAMS meetings in order to gather appropriate IT professionals and or Clinical Management in order to communicate on a bigger scale for projects, tasks, updates, if no project manager is involved.
- Able to work sometimes evening and weekend(s); once a month - Sunday for testing Windows patching, you have to run through the testing process a clinical staff members would process through a patient case file in a day.

- Customer Service skills; how to handle any caller;

- How to relay instructions over the phone and or in person;
- Troubleshooting skills on how to understand via phone or in person the issue and how to manage support in a timely manner;

CERTIFICATION
- completion - must have CompTIA A+, or Networking+, or Security+, will take AA in place of those. I need some kind of computer course completed.
