Position background:
Write, edit, publish, and test content on highly-regulated Medicare-focused websites.

Interactions with approx. 20-25 team members on a daily basis; but approx. 5-10 close team members, depending on assignments. Team members are both local and remote/telecommute.

Top Responsibilities:
Author website content in Adobe Experience Manager and track all work efforts for website in Rally.
Take ownership of assigned website sections for content, compliance, and implementation.
Be the content expert in assigned website sections for other members of team, IT, business colleagues and leadership.
Maintain documentation for assigned website sections.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory to maintain compliance of assigned content.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?

Digital background.
High level of comfort with technology and learning new applications.
Proficient MS Word and Excel knowledge.
Experience in content management systems.
High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, results driven, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in cross-functional relationships and with remote team members.
What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)?

Experience with Medicare insurance.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with website quality assurance (QA) testing or user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience working in a highly-regulated environment.
