Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • MedSupp Growth/Incentive Compensation Management Project - Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Ideal Background:

  • Commission payment rules experience, Scrum experience, Experience working with Callidus/SAP ICM

Team and Team size:

  • 4 scrum teams, 8-10 per team
  • 1PM 2 Analyst, 4 dev, 2-3 QA

Top Responsibilities:

  • Help prioritize incoming projects, Analyze incoming project requests, work with architect or developers to determine the proposed solution, build the appropriate user story backlog for the project, Review stories with the team for accuracy.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Experience with systems analysis and systems documentation - 5+ years

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Experience working with Callidus/SAP ICM(Incentive Compensation Management) system
