Key Accountability

Performance Marketing Measurement

  • Design, produce and distribute performance marketing reporting from a variety of data sources for consumer segments and other audience marketing and communications efforts.
  • Manage the collection, normalization and loading of data into reporting and visualization platforms.
  • Trouble shoot processing and data issues and work to resolution.


Data and List Management

  • Oversee and identify data lists and list purchase as well as instructions.
  • Oversee and identify data lists as applicable providing all instructions.
  • Interface with IT to establish and maintain secure transfer protocols for sending and receiving date with private health information or personally identifiable information.
  • Prepare and transfer files to marketing partners (both internal and external) in support of marketing initiatives.
  • Download files transferred to Company, audit data to ensure completeness and accuracy, post in appropriate directory for processing or storage.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact with marketing partners.
  • Ensure automated file transfer processes are working properly
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work until resolved.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Campaign Data Management

  • Oversee production process of direct response campaign activity to ensure proper tracking mechanisms are put in place to include unique toll-free numbers, mail and web tracking codes.
  • Load and manage marketing campaign information into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Maintain established campaign taxonomy and structure through Master Campaign, Campaign Name, Campaign Activities and Marketing Identifiers.
  • Serve as day-to-day interface with segment leads to ensure campaign information is current and accurate.


Performance Marketing Response Management?

  • Manage and monitor performance marketing response channels to ensure proper operation, including
    • Business Reply Card
      • Serve as subject matter expert of scanning process and barcode usage
      • Operations of extraction and scanning of physical response mail
      • Verification of scanning process and files
      • Monitor data loading program
      • Troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution.
    • Online Responses
      • Help establish the data to be collected format for web leads
      • Ensure landing pages are accurately capturing necessary data
      • Monitor data loading program
      • Troubleshoot issues and work until they’re resolved
    • Telephonic Responses
      • Coordinate with Inside Sales to ensure inbound calls are coded to the proper marketing campaign initiative
      • Ensure Toll Free Number data is loaded into reporting systems and Dynamics CRM for proper tracking
      • Monitor data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues and work through to resolution
