Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Hardware rollout
  • 350 micro pcs
  • 250 dell Monitors
  • 150 laptops

Team and Team size:

  • The Technical support team which is comprise of 13 members spread out across our clients clinical locations.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and Related hardware and Software.
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating Systems or appropriate software.
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or
    Installation specifications.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or Installation activities.

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Strong Work ethics, Soft skill, customer service experience, work well under pressure
