Job Description:
The Opportunity
  • We are currently looking for individuals who have experience developing training materials for an SAP environment.
  • This role will focus on developing content to support end to end business process training.
  • Due to Covid-19, the distributed locations across North America, and the number of individuals needing to be trained, this role will focus on developing virtually lead training courses and supporting materials.
As an End-to-End Content creator, you will:
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts across the business to develop training curriculum for End-to-End training materials
  • Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit virtual instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules.
  • Provide turnkey training solutions to assist trainers in delivering the information
  • Conduct and/or participates in formal walk-through of training materials (Train-The-Trainer Sessions) revises content, ongoing course development, as necessary.
  • Prepare and Build Training Content in SAP Enable Now
  • Lead content review, revision, and sign-off cycles
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design and adult learning principles necessary to change behavior
  • Ability to distill complex processes and details into clear learning objectives and outcomes
  • Ability to develop interactive virtual training courses
  • Ability to build and sustain virtual relationships within the business
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing SAP training
  • Solid command utilizing tools such as SAP Enable Now or Adobe Captivate
  • Basic understanding of business processes i.e., Check Prints, Vendor Credit Memo’s, Customer and Invoice Management, as well as Long-term Planning with Configured Materials
