- As a Senior UX Designer with Client Oral Care Solutions Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Here, you will make an impact by:
- Creating research plan proposals based on business needs and gaps in research.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis to assist with defining business and functional requirements.
- Leading and facilitating user research and usability testing and delivering strategic recommendations with confidence.
- Capturing user workflows, needs, challenges and goals using appropriate methods for given constraints.
- Creating user experience project proposals based on user needs and business timelines.
- Translating user flows and interaction wireframes into visual designs for mobile/tablet applications and responsive web-based experiences.
- Supporting developer hand-offs, including performing design QA.
- Following accessibility and usability guidelines.
- To set you up for success in this contract role from day one, Client requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in design, interaction design, graphic design, design strategy or related field.
- Minimum of 3 combined years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, researcher or UX strategist with experiences in designing solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications on variety platforms.
- M.S. in design, interaction design, graphic design, design strategy or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of experience as UX practitioner (e.g. UX strategist, researcher, UX designer, interactions designer)
- Experience with creating web-based products. (nice to have: mobile applications for iOS and Android.)
- Experience working collaboratively with product managers and developers in a variety of settings and strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions and advocate for designs.
