Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive positive outcomes on projects. The Project Coordinator is responsible for establishing accurate and detailed project schedules, proactively identify and communicate potential project disruptions, and facilitate open communication between team members. A successful candidate will ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the coordinator and single point of contact on assigned projects.
  • Establish project schedule and milestones.
  • Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings with project team, review scope of changes and clarify project deliverables and expectations.
  • Coordinate tracking of deliverables timeline with project team to ensure alignment with overall project schedule, providing feedback on potential risks.
  • Coordinate regularly with teams to proactively identify and communicate project roadblocks, track to resolution.
  • Deliver project closeout documentation at the completion of every project.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience as a project coordinator or working in another coordinating role
  • Experience scheduling
  • MS Office suite – word, excel, outlook

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Knowledge of content development process
  • Experience supporting a post-secondary education environment
  • Exposure to project management tools
