Communications Specialist

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • As a Communications Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
  • Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Collaborating with Client HR teams and plant leadership around the U.S.
  • Leading the development, adoption and rollout of external recruitment-focused content and messaging on paid, owned, earned and shared channels
  • Supporting brand-building activities that promote Client employment brand
Your Skills and Expertise  
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications or marketing from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 5 years of communications experience within a corporate and/or agency setting
  • Excellent creative writing and public relation skills
  • Ability to manage nuanced and detailed projects
  • Ability to set and articulate strategic goals and communication plans based on multiple inputs
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience working with multiple partners and teams, and adapting plans to fit their unique audiences and inputs
  • Experience working with HR teams and experts
  • Identify unique, ownable and local messaging based on multiple inputs
  • Loves engaging with and motivating people
  • Adapts to a fast-evolving media landscape
  • Ability to navigate through and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex data
  • Pivots quickly based on data and insights
  • Travel: May include up to [%%] domestic and/or international
