Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The candidate will be supporting development of responsive user interface on top of data driven applications to showcase insights to Operations.
  • The candidate would specifically be a part of product team responsible for building an AI powered user interface

Ideal Background:

  • The candidate should be full stack developer having proficiency in technologies like Angular 7+, Spring boot API and hands on in SQL. Healthcare industry background is good to have.

Team and Team size:

  • The team comprises of 1 Product Lead and 5-6 developers. The role would involve interacting with Data Science, Data Engineering and BI team plus other application teams during the course of development.

Top responsibilities for this position -

  • Making complex technical and design decisions for UI development projects
  • Making responsive cross browser and cross platform websites, user interfaces and data driven visualizations
  • Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies
  • Development of front-end application using JavaScript, HTML and CSS with good knowledge of Angular and React
  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Angular, Java and Rest Web Services
  • Communicating with different web services
  • Coordinating with the back-end developer in the process of building the Web Services
  • Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
  • Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
  • Conducting performance tests

Required Skills/attributes -

  • Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Angular 7+, JavaScript, Java and HTML5
  • Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods
  • Experience with JavaScript visualization library like D3.js, Chart.js etc.
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in development of Spring Boot based microservice
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to take responsibility and deliver projects
  • The candidate should have good project management skills
