  • a. Helpdesk with 50+ agents, a mix of state side and OGA team members. Team is to be on the phones helping users with technical issues and moving tickets if needed.
    • i. Password resets
    • ii. Web browser troubleshooting
    • iii. VPN/Network Troubleshooting
    • iv. Good note taking skills for ticket creation in SNOW
    • v. Several proprietary apps

Top Responsibilities:

  • Phone Support/Helpdesk
  • AHT
  • FCR
  • Call to Ticket %
  • Answer %

Software tools/skills:

  • Basic Troubleshooting & Customer service
  • IE/Chrome, Office365, AD manager, LAN/Wifi, remote tools, & Etc. Basic critical thinking for on the spot solutions of IT related issues.

Skills/attributes:

  • Basic Troubleshooting & Customer service
  • IE/Chrome, Office365, AD manager, LAN/Wifi, remote tools, & Etc. Basic critical thinking for on the spot solutions of IT related issues.

Nice to have:

  •  Any advanced or specialized tech skills. Service Now report creation. Detailed Excel work.
