  • Drive PMO activities in coordination with a team of senior technical and non-technical professionals dedicated to the implementation and enablement of business systems and applications
  • Plan, lead and facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning, burn up/burn downs, cross functional scrum team dependencies, create release schedules and related staffing plans
  • Develop detailed project execution plan and manage all execution aspects, including interdependencies, progress metrics, testing, deployment and enablement Create crisp and complete documentation to facilitate project reviews and decision-making process
  • Drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution actions with key stakeholders Manage scrum teams applying Agile principles, practices, and theory Responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, mission critical programs/projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Provides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors
  • Develops detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints




  • MUST HAVE 6-8 years of IT project management and Agile scrum experience
  • MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience managing IT projects in Sales, Marketing or Quote-to-Cash domains
  • Ideally experienced with M&A integrations or other cross-functional IT projects
  • Demonstrated project management experience in implementing systems at enterprise level Knowledge of business processes
  • Experienced scrum master applying scrum principles and best practices Extensive experience with Agile tool and techniques
  • Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, feedback loop with customer involvement Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
