Description:

  • This Technical Project Manager role will be responsible for coordinating development and M&O work with the Vermont engagement team.
  • The Technical Project Manager will work with the Vermont team to provide high quality service delivery of the VT HIX infrastructure, including ensuring the team meets client expectations regarding technical designs and implementation plans for enterprise-level solutions.
  • This role will coordinate internal technical activities, ensuring that the Vermont team is meeting all customer and internal infrastructure requirements.
  • In addition to managing and controlling the execution of several internal infrastructure projects, the role will also work with the engagement leads and analysts to ensure detailed application design and technical documentation aligns with contractual obligations.
  • The Technical Project Manager will develop presentations and reports on infrastructure status updates for both internal and external client stakeholders.
  • This role will be an active member of the engagement project management office (PMO) and will ensure the engagement adheres to agreed-upon processes and service level agreement (SLA) criteria for both internal and external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as desire to learn and grow in the role, are extremely important for this position.

  • Infrastructure (on prem or cloud based) project management – 3 to 5 years;
  • Networking knowledge – 3 to 5 years;
  • Server and Environment capacity management – 3 to 5 years
  • strong communication and collaboration skills – 3 to 5 years

Team and Team size:

  • About 40 resources on the VT engagement
